Is there really much of a difference in the time frame of either the last week in July or the 3rd week in August? Either time is going to be equally as hot, but will the parks be that much busier in July versus August? I think I can still get the 2 ADR's that I want in July without any problems, it's just the crowd level I'm curious about. We have usually gone over labor day week in September, November, and February.

Yes, I think there is a huge difference between July and August crowds. We usually plan our trips for August. I have been the last week of July and it seemed much more crowded.

It will be busy but manageable at either time. We've gone at both times in the past. I would say end of July is busier. By the third and fourth week of Aug. the tour groups are not as prevalent and quite a few schools down south start up about this time. We have had vacations that started at the beginning of August and went through the third week of the month, and we could tell a difference in the crowd level. There are still a good number of people in the parks in the third week of August, but you have more "breathing room" then you would normally have in the peak of summer. Hope that helps a little. Have a great trip.

Have gone in both months it was hot!!!! and crowded,My advice go early to the park you choose and do as much as you can and when crowd builds up around 10:30 eat early lunch and go back to resort for R&R.Then come back early evening to park of your choice. Danny
