Planning Trip for Family

This will be our first family trip with all kids in tow. Previously been there with myself and friends, DH, then 1 kid, then 2 kids, now all 3 kids. I have so many questions and don't know if this is the right place, but I have to start somewhere. How are the families that open the park up chosen? Also, I remember in AK there were many families/kids in the parade - how are they picked? I think my kids would LOVE that and just wondered if it is a possibility. Thanks!

I am not sure about how the families are chosen, sorry I can't help you there, but I can say Welcome!

I know the family that opens the park is chosen at random from the people waiting at opening. I have no idea about the parade, though! Maybe when you arrive, you can ask someone in Guest Relations. They can probably answer your question.
