well, I will just start this to share some of my ideas and plans. My Dh and I our planning a vow renewal for our 20th anniversary in 2010( i know its early but Everything i can have ready and paid for early on the better I will feel).we went to disney for the first time on our hm so a vr there seemed right( we've been back many times since) We want to use the wedding pav.( we want to be able to see the castle) It will be an escape DH, myself, 2 DDs and few other family- I hope anyway). I want to do a wishes cruise on the grand 1- we have just done one on a pontoon this past july for our anniversary. I would like to have a special dinner at maybe 1900 park fare or Ohanas (never been to either though). I plan on getting the lenox mickey/minnie ears for everyone. I really like the ideas of the welcome bags(maybe drawstring back packs that can be used in the parks) filled with small disney items/maps etc. I like the mickey fans I have seen too, playing around with a design here and there. planning on having at least goofy attend cake cutting(DH favorite ) but maybe mickey. as for dresses, no clue yet, something simple and elegant. Our wedding was very traditional(I had made my dresses as well as my attendants, so I want to buy something now) and our 2 DDs will be a part of the ceremony somehow- I am thinking royal blue and gold for colors. For invites, I will most likely make them (someone had used fairy tale wedding note cards with vellum inserts) something like that...simple.I will also do save the date magnets, I have seen a design with a mickey and minnie in front of a castle with stars above the castle that I like. I have seen a lot of wonderful ideas on the boards that have prompted a lot of inspirational thoughts.Just wanted to share...I do enjoy reading all the reports.
