Planning sheet

I was having trouble keeping track of all my planning information now that I have to keep up with it on my own, so I made a planning sheet just for my dvc vacations. If anyone wants a copy, pm me with your email address. I used microsoft word and it uses one full sheet of paper. It's good for having all your information available when you call ms as well.

Ok, thought I'd make a page online to share this and got a little out of control-ended up with a whole site. But, here's the link to the page with a link to download the planning sheet so you don't have to email me. Let me know if there is a problem with the link so I can try to fix it.
