I have my planning session in a few days.

I know this is crazy but did you go vacation casual or a little business casual??

I know we have are menu tasting at 930 and are planning session at 1pm. So what do you really go over during the planning session?

Should I bring pictures of what i like?

Wear something comfortable! You'll be doing a lot of sitting and planning. Definitely bring pictures - the more detail you can give them about what you want, the easier it is and the quicker it will go. You go over EVRYTHING at the PS - from the first minute of the day to the last: transport for you, for the guests, where you're meeting, when you're taking photos, who your photog is, every aspect of the ceremony schedule, what happens between ceremony and reception, what happens when at the reception - first dance, cake cutting, etc. - how you're making your getaway. Be prepared to answer lots of questions! :thumbsup2

Bouncy bounce, wear what feels best for you.

For my planning session, I went casual, as did my friends who attended it with me. The following photo was taken during my walk-through of the Great Movie Ride (where my dinner party was going to be held). I'm the one in the black t-shirt & black patterned cropped pants (with an off-white sweater tied around my waist):

Most of the CMs who I dealt with that day were dressed in business attire -- but they were working and I was not. ;)

Here's a link to the photo album of my session: click here. In there you'll see photos of basically what I experienced that day -- from the time that I was picked up at my resort, until the time that I was dropped back there afterwards. I also wrote about my planning session in great detail in an old trip report of mine: click here.

Gather together all the photos, drawings, fabric swatches, etc., that you've been compiling while you've been planning your wedding. Bring as much of that stuff as you'd like with you to your planning session. For example, if you have photos of the sort of bouquet that you want, by all means bring those photos with you. The more information that you can share with the FTW folks, the easier it will be for them to help make all of your wedding day dreams come true.

One final thought. Make sure to enjoy the day. It really is a very fun one.
