OMG!!! I am freaking out. Its getting so close. I asked my planner for a site visit to ADH and she said we wouldn't have time. Does this sound right to you? Also, ADH is only closed Sun and Mon right? So if I wanted to go there on my own on Tues night I could?

we have the same type of problem with our planner(actually his asst). Honestly, i feel that you need to get somewhat nasty(which I really dontwant to do) to get anything done. I actually had the tasting menu thrown in my face that its complementory so I cant try multiple things. I dont get it, it really seems that these planners do the bare min and if not for my DF I would hae already canceled my wedding.

you need to let them know that not having a site visit is a deal breaker, dont take no fro an answer. Good luck

Hey Amanda! I kinda forgot to plan my site visit to ADH :scared: (oops) as well and my planner said we wouldn't have time on the day of the planning session day, which was understandable. The PS is pretty jam packed! What she suggested and what I did was to contact my wedding coordinator, who was able to schedule one for a different day while we were there! Try that and see if that helps. You could definitely go there when the ADH is open, but I think you get a better sense of things when you're there yourself and the WC is explaining how things will be on that day. :thumbsup2

My planning session is also one week away!!! We did a site visit in Jan but ask your planner if you can do one on another day while you are there. I did hear that the planning sessions are jam packed with a ton of stuff you have to go over. You could also go to the ADH on your own to check it out. It is a great space. There is a bride here who posted her wedding pics from there and everything looked so nice. Try doing a search that way you can get an idea of how the tables are set up.

Good luck! BTW, what day is your PS on? Ours is on the 26th.
