planning packet problem!

Ok, this thing obviously does not save! Is there some trick? I am using the CD and I have filled the thing in twice, only to realize that after I save, it does not save all the stuff that I typed in.
Anyone else have this problem?
Also, I was told that there was a place in the packet to get a 21.00 town car to pick me and my new hubby up after dinner and take us to our room. The only place I see in the packet is for the 600.00 cars. Can anyone help me?

I didnt find the towncar info in my packet, but when I heard about it, I mentioned it to my EM, and she took care of it for me.

mine won't save either!!! i'm following the instructions!! i've tried to save it 3 times. now i just printed it out and am hand writting it. my mom's going in december, so i'll just have her give it to maxine.

My guess is you need to save to a location other than the CD. Try using Save As and making sure that you save to somewhere on your harddrive, usually My Documents or the desk top. The CD is read only.

I saved the whole thing to my hard drive originally. I have done everything I can think of. I guess it was meant to do all at once. I have never seen anything like this!
