Hi there - very happy I found this board & I hope that someone can help me out.
My boyfriend & I are travelling to Canada from Australia and having a 3 day layover in LA on the way back. We are staying in the Howard Johnson Hotel at the Anaheim Resort and arrive mid-afternoon on Jan 15, leaving late at night on the 19th.
We are thinking about spending one day at Disneyland (probably the last day), one day at Knotts Berry Farm and one day at Universal Studios doing the VIP tour. Does this sound do-able? Do we need to book these tickets prior to arriving in LA?
Also, what is the best way to get to Universal Studios (and Knotts Berry Farm) from our hotel? We would prefer not to have to hire a car....but we will if there is no other way to get there.
