Planning our first trip

We got an awesome pin code and have decided to cancel our trip to Myrtle Beach in August and head to Disney World in October. Our pin code includes 4 night/ 5 days, diinig plan, accomodations and theme park tickets.

My questions are how crowded can we expect the parks to be in October?
Also how much should we budget for extras? We are not souvenir people but plan to give the kids spending money each day.
