My brother is getting married this August and I was thinking of asking my parents to come along with us the week after the wedding. This may be free dining if they always do it during the same time frame? We were thinking of leaving August 24th or 25th?

Anyway my question is about the value resorts. We stayed at CBR this year and it was very nice. Next year with the wedding our budget is going to be tighter and we can stay at a value resort with the better dining plan for the same cost as our trip this year.

What are your opinions about which value resort is better? I am sure they all have their positives/negatives. Just looking for opinions.
:yay:

I've stayed at all of them, but favorite is POP. Actually they're all about the same. We've never had a problem at any of them. Going 3 time a year now, so at least one of our trips is at a value

We've stayed at ASMO in 2005 and loved it. My son was a huge fan of Toy Story and we were in the Toy Story Building.

I don't know if it would work for us now. The kids are older and want "cool pools".

The food court was a zoo and there were long waits for the buses but we didn't care - we were in WDW!

Thanks for the reply! I'm starting to get excited again and I sure do have a long wait until next summer!pirate:

Thanks! I was leaning towards that hotel or Pop Century. sports and music don't seem to interest me as much. We also will still rent a car. It worked well for us. We used the bus twice and the waits seemed too long at the end of the night with a young child. He ended up falling asleep on the bus the night we used it and we had to carry him to the hotel.
