I know I've seen them at the Hungry Bear Restaurant in Critter Country.

Hungry Bear Restaurant, Stage Door Cafe, and the Mint Julep Bar are all supposed to sell them.

Are you planning to go to Knott's Berry Farm at all? My DH swears the best funnel cakes are sold there across from the log ride.
