I'm planning my Oct trip for a family affair and am planning on 4 days Disney. I want to try Coronado Springs or Beach Club. I usually go Concierge so I am not sure if I would like Coronado, but it just looks so nice and I want to try a new resort. I was thinking of breaking it up to two nights Coronado and Two nights Beach Club, does that sound like a hassle?

Previous visits include:
AK Lodge Concierge
Poly Concierge
Grand Fla Concierge
Wilderness Lodge
Contemporary
All Stars Sports

Hi - I have split stays before and it is ok but, I wouldn't do it for such a short trip. Coronado does look nice. I haven't stayed there but, I always used to stay at WL and tried a moderate once. It was a lovely resort but, I missed WL and it's location and amenities. I should imagine it would be hard once u have got used to staying concierge to stay in a moderate also.

Don't get me wrong - the moderate resorts are great but, it depends why u want to do it. If you are doing it to save cash then maybe you would want to try Coronado for your whole stay, or split the stay. Ask yourself whether you would miss the location and amenities at the Beach Club. On a short stay, maybe you wouldn't have time to take advantage of all the facilities offered anyway. Good luck deciding.

I usually only stay 4 or 5 days at a time, sometimes twice a year. I am really thinking of spliting my stay because a friend of mine wants to stay Coronado, while I am leaning to Beach club. We both want to try a new resort, but moving with a 4 year old may be a pain.

I've never stayed at CS but I stayed at BC last August with a 7 and 3 year old.
Our family loves Epcot.
If you are travelling with a 4 year old and deciding between CS and BC, I would suggest BC since you are in walking distance
to Epoct and a quick boat ride to MGM. Also in walking distance to the Boardwalk.
Plus, if you plan on spending any time at the pool, Stormalong Bay can't be beat :)
