Party of 6: 4 adults, 2 kids ages 5 and 3. Sailing Dec 15th out of Galveston on the Wonder for 7 days. My booking window is opening and I want to plan Palo brunch/dinner etc but what will my rotation be?

I thought I had the pattern down and I was going to request we start in AP, but I see that some people have repeated restaurants mid-week.
I was expecting AP-TP-Tr-AP-TP-Tr-Tr.
But now I see AP-TP-TP-Tr-AP-Tr-Tr.

Help!

TIA.

If the only requirement that you have is that you start in Animator's, then just request that. Let DCL work out the rest of it. Or, book your Palo reservation first, and depending on what night that is (and the dining room you want to skip because of it) request that dining room on your Palo night (for example, you get Palo for night 3, request AP - if that's the dining room you want to skip- on night 3 and let DCL work out the rest.

Typically, on a 7 night cruise the rotation is 1231231. But on some cruises (some western Fantasy cruises, for example) 1231223 is the rotation. But, naturally, it can vary, depending on the itinerary/theme of cruise (if any)/etc.

The only request I have is not to skip Tritons. It's my DHs favorite restaurant outside of Remy. I honestly had not even considered booking Palo first, then working the rotation. Genius!

Just remember that the request for a rotation is only a request. They will not guarantee it.

What causes the change for the Fantasy? Is it all about what day you are at CC?

Any number of reasons. Sometimes just guest whining about being in the same room for X meals in a row.

But regardless, you will never know what the rotation is until you get your KTTW card at check in at the port.

And you will NOT "skip" Tritons on a 7-night UNLESS you book Palo and Remy for a combination of 2 or 3 nights that happen to be the nights you're assigned to dine there.

While not a guarantee, you could always request Tritons on Night 1 and then just don't book Palo or Remy on that night. That way you get the Triton's menu (hope you like duck...) and dining room for a night you know you'll be in there.
