Planning my trip....

Okay, so I will be arriving at DL on Thursday, July 31 at around 12 noon. Wondering if you guys think I should do on Thursday. I was thinking DCA would be the place to start as it is usually less crowded.

So, my plan was....Hit DCA do things like Get FP for TOT, hit Aladdin, Monsters, Animation Building, other various things(soarin FP?, stroll the Pier hit any rides, Tough to be a Bug , Check out the Light Parade, stroll over to DL and see the second showing of Fantasmic.

Does that seem like a decent plan? Just can't see starting a day at DL around noon.

I think that would be a good idea, cause DL will probley be busy!!! Just rememeber to get FP at DCA because since TSM opened the major rides at DCA have been busy aswell.... But your plan also gets you a chance to see fantasmic eairly cause as everyone says sometimes they do get canceled...

I would get a Soarin FP before I got a ToT FP. ToT, surprisingly does not have that long of lines. Also take advantage of Grizzly River Run's disconnected FP, where you can get one for GRR even if you are already holding onto another ride's FP. Very useful for summer hotness.

If you're going to park hop and be back over at DL later in the evening for fireworks or whatever, you might just want to jump into DL first and grab one FP to use later. Maybe Indy or Space Mountain (because they're the closest)? You could get Roger Rabbit too, because it's disconnected, but personally that would be too far for me to want to hike, all the way to the back of the park, for a ride I'm not that nuts about.

This would be my suggestion as well.

- Enter DL & pick up a FP at SM or Indy. (take pics etc).
- hop 100 yards into DCA.
- Pick up a Soarin' & Griz Rapids FP.
- Tour DCA. (riding Soarin & Griz when they're available).
- Hop back over to DL in the early evening (pick up a FP as soon as you walk in....probably at BTMRR or Buzz).
- Tour & enjoy DL in the evening (using your 2 FPs).
