Dreams has always been good to us. We have used them for multiple WDW vacations and now our first Disney cruise next year. Our agent has always gone above and beyond for us (as we change our minds, lol). We have done everything by email and have never had a problem. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Dreams to anyone.

A friend of mine in San Bruno CA used Dream Come True Vacations for their 7-family West Coast Cruise and was very pleased with Dream Come True's customer service and pricing.

Dreams was the first Disney specific travel agency to offer discount checking, itinieraries, personal planning consultants, etc..those were my ideas by the way, and look at how many agencies are doing it.

WebMaster Pete, with all due respect, that is quite a bold claim! While I do acknowledge that DU is probably one of the largest and most successful online Disney specific travel agencies around, and that DIS'ers should support the sponsors of these boards - just doing a Google search turned up at least two other Disney specialist agencies that have been in business longer and do discount checking etc. They were started in 1992 and 1993.

I also know that many other travel agencies in general have been providing these services for many many years! I personally worked in the computer services department of Rosenbluth Travel in the mid-90's writing and maintaining computer software that constantly checked for discounts for their clients. This software had been in existence since the late 1980's.
