Hey all, it's my first time actually planning a WDW trip (I've been there ablaut 8 times with my parents, so first on my own). My girlfriend and I will be going for Spring Break. Luckily, we have the early Spring Break so we will avoid most of the traffic. However, she hasn't been to Disney in over 10 years so I'm kind of nervous to be the one showing her everything possible within the small time frame we have.

Anyway, here's the details. We are staying at AS Movies and will be at the parks for 3 days (planning on MK, HS, and then MK again). We are pretty up on the new technology (MagicBands & FP+) but what advice can you give referring to which rides to get FP+ for and what times? I was thinking Peter Pan, Space Mtn, and Big Thunder around 5pm-Midnight for MK and then don't know what for Tier 1 but then Tower or Terror and I don't know for the other two. Any advice for the FP+ would be greatly appreciated! :)

We are also debating on getting Memory Maker. She is a huge scrapbooker and will definitely be using pictures from Disney for a page or even an entire book. However, she has her own camera she is willing to use and we are broke (haha) college students. I was wondering if the Memory Maker will be worth the $150. We will be doing very few character meetings, but all the other pictures (I think) will be awesome.

Also, we did not book our flight through the Disney website (found a cheaper flight with an airline not available on Disney.com). We will be arriving in Orlando around midnight. How can I ensure there will be a DME bus ready for us at the airport? Last thing we want is to be waiting until 1 AM for a bus.

Lastly, what do I NEED to show her? Neither she or I are big Epcot or AK people and with the small timeframe we have, we will not be going there. What are the main attractions, characters, restaurants, etc. that I MUST show her and have her experience? Like I said, she hasn't been for a long time so most of the stuff will be new.

Thanks all! Any responses will be extremely appreciated! :)

Forgot one thing...

Is a FP+ for the ElectroMagic Parade and/or Fireworks worth it? Or just find a good spot around 9?

Thanks!

You can call the reservation line and add your flight to your reservation and you will be all set for DME. Remember since you are flying in after 10PM you will have to get your own luggage and take it with you on the bus.
For 3 days I wouldn't waste the $ on getting the Memory maker. All of the CMS will take pictures with your camera as well, you just have to request this. For longer trips I do think that it is worth it.

You are going to have a lot to pack in since you will be there for 3 days. I would say be sure and make rope drop and any EMH that there are. I wouldn't waste a FP on fireworks or parades. Good Luck and have a blast!

I think for your plans you should either go to touring plans or easywdw to pick your rides and FP+ times. I would add splash Mnt to the FP+ res and the mine train that hopefully will be open at that time. FP+ for HS I would add RnR and Toy story mania. Cool restaurant in the MK Be our guest make sure you get reservations far in advance.
