Planning for MLK 2017 weekend... questions????

I'm working on our plans for our trip since I can make dining reservations next week..... I found a crowd calendar and park recommendations for MLK Weekend. It recommends MK for Sunday before MLK Day. I'm questioning that as I know the weekend is generally busy. It also says Tuesday after MK is very busy and not recommended. Any suggestions or advice? Which parks would you steer clear of over the weekend and what would you recommend?

We have Wednesday 1/11 through Tuesday 1/17 with 6 day base ticket (so 1 non park day)

We've been twice during mlk week and have done MK both Tuesdays after MLK day. It's crowded, but not summertime crowded. They didn't have EMH either time, not sure if they do this upcoming year. That could be why it's not recommended.
