Just spent time today with family members that we've invited to WDW in June 2010. They had some questions about things we don't usually do, so we don't have all the answers.

* Can they do Disney Dining Plan if they are staying as our guests at a DVC resort without purchasing a package? I know that everyone in the room must either do the plan or not do the plan, but if some that are in studios want to - they can get it at the $39.99 a night price even if they are not members?

* When staying on property - if they want to call in advance for reservations for Breakfast with Cinderella in the Castle - they can do this at exactly 90 days from the day they want the reservations - or can they do it 90 days from the first day of our visit. We've never tried for breakfast with Cinderella - so I don't know what to tell them. From what I've read - does it make sense to try for reservations for later in our stay - as that could be like 96 or 97 days out and could possibly beat out the people who are not staying on property? Will they need our reservation number to be able to do this?

* Are there special things offered for little boys - so if one family wants to do Bibbity Bobbity Boutique for their girls - is there something "special" for their son to do.

* If some of them fly - is Magical Express available for everyone who flies - or only those flying with certain airlines?

TIA

Hi: I can answer a couple of questions- those in the studio will be able to add the dining option- their names will be on the ressie, right? Magical express is available to those who fly- you can either book it on the member website or with MS- luggage tags will be mailed to the person whose name/address on ther reservation. They are starting a pirate-themed program this June- there's a thread or two on the boards. I'm not sure about the ADR- I believe it will have to be from the date of the reservation.

Yes, they can purchase the DDP even if they are not members without purchasing a package.

They can call 90 days from the first day of your reservation and yes, it may be an advantage to call then for a reservation that is 96 or 7 days out. BUT, they also save some reservations to release exactly at the 90 day mark so it always pays to try again if you didn't get what you wanted earlier. I've read lately that reservation numbers have been requested for ADRs so it would be safer for them to have it when they call. Just in case.

* Are there special things offered for little boys - so if one family wants to do Bibbity Bobbity Boutique for their girls - is there something "special" for their son to do. We took my nephew to the barbershop on Main Street in the MK and had his hair cut there. He got colored gell put in and glitter, too.

* If some of them fly - is Magical Express available for everyone who flies - or only those flying with certain airlines? ME is for everyone who flies, doesn't matter which airline you're on.

TIA
Hope these help!
