Planning for a large party

We are going in October/November and will be a party of 22 give or take. Does anyone have any experience planning for such a large party? Is there another forum that addresses this? Thanks for any direction/info.
In particular, I'm interested in securing 3 ADRs and 4 littles for BBB.

You'll probably have to break up the ADRs into a few groups, just pick someone else to be the lead for the other reservations and try to cluster them together. And get to the podium early, they'll try to seat you near each other if possible.

To each their own, but with a group that big, I might make each sub group have one leader for in-park planning.

I've already told them they're on their own when it comes to the parks. We have 5 must-dos:
BBB - 4 girls, 8, 9, 10, 10
Cinderella's Royal Table: later breakfast after BBB
Ohana and Chef Mickeys - we want one on our arrival day to celebrate a birthday and 1 for our meal before our Halloween party - not too picky which is which. Can do breakfast or dinner for the birthday but has to be a late late breakfast for the party day.

I'm going to try to book BBB online breaking up into 2 groups of 2. I imagine I'll have to call for the dining. Lucky, we arrive on Saturday and won't do BBB and CRT until the following Friday, so that gives me a little cushion.
My biggest problem with trying to book online is I don't know the max number each restaurant will be able to accommodate at each table. Max 6? 8? 10?

While waiting for others to respond, I would search ‘large’ in this forum as other have asked similar questions and experiences have been shared.

I think your biggest challenge will be CRT. Small restaurant, huge group.
I think CRT is only about 100 guest big.
