Planning Dec ADRs

My ADR date is coming up in a couple of weeks and I haven't plotted out any ideas about what days I want to try to get my restaurants for. With no hours out for Dec yet and all the activities that are going on for the holidays, I feel completely overwhelmed. Anybody have any tips or ideas on how you're deciding for beg. of December?

It looks like we are arriving the same day...Dec. 1??? I just went off of last year's hours listed on wdwinfo.com. I wanted to set some sort of plans in case hours don't come out until after my 90 day mark. (Like November hours)

I started out using process of elimination to determine where we would eat on which days of the week we will be there in December (8-13). Since the MVMCP dates are the 10th & 11th, we selected a day which we wanted the tickets for that and thus eating in or near MK. Same for the Candlelight Processional. I made a mini calendar and assigned the parks we were going on which day and then narrowed down restaurant choices.

DH, DS9 & I are arriving Dec 1 also. I have looked at last years hours but haven't made any plan yet. We know where we want to eat. It's really no to bad for us since we have the QSDP. We do have a few TS places we want to eat but not anywhere near 1 everyday.

I'm going the first week in December too and have planned most all of our TS meals for restaurants that aren't in the parks. The only one I would like to get that's in a park is Le Cellier. We'll just have to do Epcot on the day I can get an ADR.

I go the same week every year. The November hours for the Saturday through Monday after T-giving look almost exactly like last year; so I assumed the December ones would too, so that is how I am planning....

If you don't mind me asking, where do you find the info from last year. I can't seem to locate it anywhere. I just need to figure out when Fantasmic will be to make sure we do HS that day. Any clues would be appreciated. TIA

Thanks, I had thought about comparing with last year's hours. It's just so hard knowing which day is the right day to be at which park when there is so much going on, KWIM?
