We are planning a trip to Aulani in February 2015. We will be celebrating my DH 60th birthday and our friends 30th Wedding Anniversary. This is my DH's dream trip, he is legally blind and will continue to lose his sight and wants to see Hawaii . Our plan is to fly to California first and spend a couple days, one going to Disneyland since we have never been there, and then fly on to Hawaii. Hoping to be able to get one night at DGC and 7 nights at Aulani at 7 months out. What do you think my chances are? We want a 2 BR either pool view or ocean view, Any suggestions for best places to eat and not to miss places would be appreciated. I have been reading trip reports and think we will get the Go Oahu card. Want this to be the best trip as it will probably be our only one. Any suggestions for offsite hotels near Disneyland in case I can't get into DVC. Thanks so much.
