Planning a trip to Toronto!

Hi everybody, recently I have planned a trip to Toronto and I would like to gather as much information about there so that I can have a good trip that will have no problems! I have planned my schedule and the mode but I need to be more updated on that place to stay, food and the rest things about the city.
Please do help me with your suggestions on them….Thanks!

I have only ever been once - we stayed at the Fairmount and it seemed to be in a good place.

I recall we ate at the Hard Rock Cafe one night - lots of fun as they got up on the bar to dance. We also went to Toronto island and I thought that was really good (especially as we had DD with us! )

I'm sure other will be able to help.

Science Centre
Toronto Zoo
Canada's Wonderland (like a Six Flags)
Rogers Centre - Baseball games
Air Canada Centre - Hockey Games

Sheraton and Royal York are nice hotels in the downtown core, lots of shopping and broadway plays nearby
