Planning a trip in Dec

Well ... Planning another trip to disney in dec. Going with wife and 3 children. 12,5,1.

This trip my wife and i decided that we probably want to do a park every other day rather than a park every day.

We are thinking of staying at Old Key West and renting points to book the room.

This time I would like to study the situation adn take advantage of some of the tips and tricks to get the most from this trip.

Can anyone give me some tips how to maximize enjoyment at disney in dec?

Well have to be there for Dec 5 so trying to figure if I want to do time before or after. ... I am think dec 6-10
