I am interested in all of you experienced WDWers advice and thoughts for our upcoming trip. This is something I never imagined would happen but my paretns have offered to take myself DH, DD4, DD2, my brother and his DS4 and DS6 to WDW at the end of January. Long story short, my dad got a new job but continued to work part time at the old job to help out and decided he should use the extra money to go on a family trip. His parents will also be joining us. Eleven people total. We are planning to stay at AK Kindani village in 2 2-room villas. We will have the dining plan and 4day passes without park hopper options. Below is a brief outline of our itinerary. How does this sound to you guys? I have read that we should return to the hotel in the afternoon for a rest break. Do you suggest doing that daily? What about swimming in January? Fun for the kids is our main objective. I have been nominated the family travel coordinator. We will be booking next week. Any feedback on the dinner selections? Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Following this plan leaves us with one sit down meal. We could have a sit down lunch and dinner one day if desired. We will eat breakfast at the hotel prior to heading out for the day. I am thinking that we will bring a suitcase of breakfast foods and snacks. It sounds like the $20 bag fee will be less than buying it at Disney. We would just need to purchase milk. Then we would also have an empty bag to bring back souviners.
