Planning a December wedding

Hi, I am very new to the dis board here but i come looking for help. We are planning a wedding for December 30 or 31st and at either Shades of Green ( cause my fiance is in the reserves ) Or DFTW Escape package at Wilderness Lodge.. I am stuck between the two packages.. Also not knowing what extras to add and where to eat after as a reception. It will only be about 10 to 12 people includes us two.

Welcome and congratulations! I am having an escape wedding at the wedding pavilion on December 17. I haven't started my planning journal yet, but it's on my list of things to do. Are there any specific points of comparison between Shades of Green and the Escape are you stuck on? Shades of Green's package costs about 75% less than Disney's Escape package and includes more things, but you have to do a lot of legwork on your own.

I think WL is max 10 people including Bride & Groom so that may impact which one you go for.
