Planning 40th Birthday at WDW - Help

Planning my 40th birthday party at WDW and need advice. We would like to stay at Wilderness Lodge. Am planning on going in either late April or May.

1) When is Spring Break? I wouldn't want to be there with massive crowds.

2) Any other events during those times that might be fun? Or might increase the crowds? I'm aware of Flower celebration, Grad Nites and Star Wars (but don't know exact date).

3) Comments regarding the weather?

I kn ow spring break for us is the first week in April - I know because we will be on the Magic that week.

I'm not sure of what else is going on at that time.
