Planet H'wood Certificate

I see where the Magic My Way package comes with a $15 Planet Hollywood certificate. Do you know if there is a minimum I have to spend? I remember eating there last time and it wasn't very good, but if it's $15 worth of free food I'd get dessert at least. Thanks for your help.
