What is the best way to get from Animal Kingdom to Planet Hollywood if you do not have a car?

You could take the bus from AK to AKL and catch the Downtown Disney bus from there. Maybe there's an easier way but that's the first route that comes to my mind.

AK may actually have a direct bus depending on the crowds and time of year. It may be labeled "Downtown Disney/Pleasure Island".

Ask a CM when you get to AK. They'll know the stops and scheduling basics for that day.

I would say skip it...there are SO MANY BETTER choices than planet hollywood. The food is not that good and the at oshpere is kind of "been there done that".

I don't know that I agree with that.

If you have a gift cert or a discount, and are spending the evening at Disney Quest or Pleasure Island, I think it's a good place to go.

Then again, all I ever get there is Capn' Crunch chicken strips with the mustard sauce.

Some folks hate em, but I ADORE THEM!

I actually drove from Los Angeles (where I live) to Vegas (closest Planet Hollywood) and back in one day just to get the strips when I was crazy craving them. An 8 hour drive --I feel well worth it.
