We're travelling with 4 adults and three kids in september for free dining and we chose to have each adult pick one days table service restaurant.. One person wants Planet Hollywood for the fried lasagna.

are they on the plan and do i make ressies though wdw-dine?

do they offer the same 'app, entree, dessert'?

They are on the plan and the offer the same entitlements as other restaurants-- appetizer, entree, drink and dessert. I've read many complaints about slow service and quality of food and we almost didn't go there last year, but my kids insisted and I'm glad they did. We had a great meal there. You make an ADR there the same as any other TS restaurant.

The wife and I had a terrific time at Planet Hollywood. We went to MGM one day and had reservations for a place there (I forget now) but we were bored out of our minds at MGM and went back to the hotel early. We took a huge nap and missed our ADR at the MGM hotel so we decided to go to Planet Hollywood for a late dinner since they took the meal plan. We just waited a few mins for the table (it was late) and they sat us without an ADR. The place was great with the jumping atmosphere and the food was great as well. We got steak and cheese sandwiches and they were phenomenal.

It was a pleasant surprise on our trip!

I know PH gets knocked a lot on these boards but it's one of our favourites as well.

The fried lasagna (LA Lasagna) is really good - as are the ribs and steaks.

They have a pretty extensive menu and most of their entrees (like the steak and ribs) are served with both a potatoe side (like fries or mashed) and a vegetable (not always true of disney restaurants).

Although the place is noisy, we enjoy it.

We eat at Planet Hollywood every time we go to Disney World. The appetizers are all super good. The chicken crispers are breaded in flour and crushed Captain Crunch cereal. The potato skins are really good too.

Last year, I had the bbq burger, my husband had the lasagna, my son had a plain burger and my daughter had the chicken alfredo. Everything was delicious. The lasagna is HUGE so keep that in mind.

I really think you and your family will enjoy Planet Hollywood's atmosphere and food.

Have a great trip and eat lots of great food! Lisa

We will be eating at PH in August mainly because the menu looked so teenager-friendly. Many WDW restaurants have appetizers and meals that my 13 year has no interest in.
