Did you fill in the form at 'ici'??? looks for voucher code and reason for not wanting......I thought it covered food groupons too....this would be most annoying if it does not as I regularly buy meal deals through them....it would make me wary if I couldn't get a refund!

Hopefully you will be able to sell as it offers great value

Yes sorry, they are I just have someone on another forum that replied first, but she's not been in touch again. If I don't hear back from her by tomorrow evening then I'll come back to you if that's ok.

Yup that's what I did. I'm on my phone just now as I'm at work but once I get home I will pop email reply into google translate and post it up here. It's definitely made me more wary of buying anything from groupon now. The thing that annoys me most as it wasn't as if it was my fault!
It was caused by their site saying card error try again.
I have at least 3 people willing to buy it now so I'm sure I'll manage to pass on the bargain especially now as the deal has finished.

That's a bit mean especially when it wasn't your fault. Definitely will be reading the small print for future purchases...... On the bright side don't think you will have a problem passing it on :-D..... Thanks for sharing
