We got ours with a package that we booked with disney. We received a post card in the mail that has several vouchers for differnt disney entertainment. One included a $500.00 disney gift card! Bonus extra shopping! I understand that these mailings are generated from different sources. Signing up for disney.com, from staying in the resorts, etc. Hope this helps!

PH was one of our first-night traditions for the last several years. Service and food quality has been going significantly down hill for the last few years and the last time we went (JAN 09), the meal and staff were so bad we've decided we will not return, $15 voucher or not.

Where is everyone getting these magic $15.00 vouchers that are being mentioned? That would be great to take off our meal bill.

When you book a package through Disney, you get a voucher for 15.00 at Planet Hollywood. (along with other offers as well, free 5x7 photopass picture, discounted sea raycer rental, etc)

Two years ago, we had reservations for 7:00pm
We got there, checked in, and were told it would be about 20 minutes.
They had us wait in the bar area upstairs, which was quite small and over crowded, not to mention filthy with refuse that the bus people never cleaned up.
2 1/2 hours later we still had not been called.
We wound up leaving, and going to McDonalds because we were all starving.

I think we are getting one of those $15 vouchers too...are there any restrictions? Like do you have to buy a certain $$ worth of food or do you have to order two entrees? Me and my wife usually just split one entree when we go to sit down places because the portions are so large...that way we have room for an appetizer or desert if we want it.

The wait was ridiculous and food just wasn't that good to justify the $15 coupon. Too loud, slow service just a come-on. Good luck!! Definitely not go there again. Too many other really good choices. Maybe lunch might be slower or quieter??
