We're planning on using our $15 voucher for just dessert and coffee after we do one of the parks, so it will be around 11:00 pm or so. Should I still make an ADR?

I'm planning on doing the same as I don't wanna use a TS credit this year. PH is very accomodating at night, as a matter of a fact we got in nearly midnight & were seated promptly. Of course this also depends on when you're going in the year but ADR's usually are not necessary especially that late as walk-ins work just fine. Hope I was of some help.
