Planet Hollywood $15 voucher?? PH said "NO"

We will be arriving in Disney on April 24 for a room only night at POP and then move to CSR on April 25 to start our "Package" of room, park tickets, dining plan. My question is.... We recieved our documents and the $15 voucher from Planet Hollywood. The voucher is dated April 25-May3,the dates of our package. We wanted to use the voucher on April 24 since we will not have our dining plan yet. I asked our TA and she called Disney for me. They told her NO we could not use it April 24.
We thought we might try anyway and see what happens. Has anyone had experience with this!!???

Thanks for the number! We called and the hostess said "no" we will not be able to use the voucher a day early. Guess we will spend our money elsewhere!!!

The reason you can't use it before the 25th is becasue it is part of the components of your package, just like dining is not good prior to the check in on the package, the voucher would not be either.
