Planes

I saw that the new Disney Pixar film Planes is coming out on August 9. We will be in WDW Aug 4-10. Any info yet on if they have anything special planned in the parks that week?

I haven't heard anything, but I can tell you that we were at WDW a couple of years ago when Cars 2 was released and there was nothing special done then.

~I just wanted to point out that Planes is not a Disney "Pixar" film, it will be produced by DisneyToon Studios. The project initially started off as a straight to Blu-Ray/DVD release and has since evolved to the big screen and it appears as if Disney added some big name actors to the roster -- so let's hope for the best. Who knows -- instead of Carsland, WDW might get Planesland, lol. j/k
