It is really like a collective brain trust! We all have slightly different experiences, so we compliment each other. Also if someone happens to be in the parks, we might send them on a recon mission! Some questions are hard to answer from home and the Cast Members on the phone or chat may only know so much.

That’s so great! Do you feel like those differences were really highlighted in the applications during round 2? I know they usually ask about a unique quality you would bring to the panel.

I think it comes through in both your R1 and R2 answers! In my class some of us visit the parks once a year while others visit multiple times. Some have no kids, young kids, teens, etc. I can also tell from our answers on the website that we all write and approach our answers a little differently, so there's no one planDisney style that we all follow, besides providing accurate info and being friendly and welcoming! So it's possible they also factor in writing style so everyone doesn't sound the same.

For the video, don’t stress about it needing to be perfect or high production! In our class, there was a range in R2 videos, some more scripted and some felt more off the cuff. Most didn’t have any editing so don’t worry about that! I know everyone always says just film it like you’re talking to a friend, but I think that’s true! I always tried to make it conversational and weave in a personal tip, example, or story (obviously to the extent you can in 60 seconds!). And don’t feel like you need to cram everything in. They know you can’t say everything in 60 seconds!
