I can't believe it, but I made it to Round 2, too! Now to start stressing about the next steps!! This is my first time getting through, so I don't know what to expect! Definitely doing some research!

Round 2 has generally involved more written responses and a minute-long video, but who knows if it will be the same this year. Congratulations!

I didn’t make it through last year but the two years before that, I think we had 4 days as well. The first year I literally filmed all of Saturday night and again Sunday night before submitting Monday.

Everyone is gonna do great! Be yourselves and don't overthink it!

Might not get a trip in before next summer, so I won’t be able to apply next year.

I am so bummed. I made it to the second round last year for the first time, but not this year.

I was so hoping for a chance. My last kiddo is heading off to college and I thought answering questions about one of my favorite places would occupy some of my time.

I have now gone back and rewatched my two previous videos and realize that I made some mistakes are far as trying to include too much info and having to edit it to make my voice faster and I sound silly.

Hopefully I can learn from some of my previous missteps.
