Places where you get appetizers on DDP ?

Last year we were very impressed that at Mama Melrose for the fantasmic you got an appetizer, just made the meal a bit more special ! Is there anywhere else you get one ? The only others we had were salad/bread at the whispering canyon and dumplings at ohanas.

Planning in earnest now-yipee !

Buffets will get you an appetiser and dinner at Cinderella's castle gets you an appetiser but the castle dinner costs you 2 TS credits.

Some restaurants have a chef's special where you get an appetiser, main course and dessert but you have to pick from very selected items. These are usually not the items you are going to the restaurant for but it might appeal

To be honest on the dining plan last year I have never eaten so much in my life and to plan for a starter i think i would burst!

I agree its so much food we are just being greedy ! Planning on doing a couple of 2 credit meals this time and just having counter service some days, we had quite a few counter service credits left last year

Locations that spring to mind are Le Cellier and Chefs de France (both EPCOT) and the Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club as well as the Mama Melrose Fantasmic package.

However, as noted above, three courses could be fairly substantial. I recall having free DDP a few years ago where you got an appetizer (and the tip) included, and it was waayyyyy to much food, even for someone like myself who sees every plateful as a challenge!!

both fantasmic packages at MM and Hollywood Brown Derby allow you to select an appetiser.

There's also the set meals at Chefs, Captains grille, Le Cellier and Kona to consider.

a few of the family style meals include a starter eg. shows like Hoop, garden grill, ohana and whispering canyon.
