Places to eat near WDW

I just booked a WDW package for March 1st-8th. I have a couple of onsite reservations but most of our favorite places to eat are not available. What are good places to eat for dinner right outside of the parks? Maybe near Crossroads shopping Center? Thanks

Lake Buena Vista (Crossroads), only a mile from DTD has Red Lobster, TGIF,
A steak house, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Olive Garden, Ihop, Subway. Plenty of places to eat and about 20 minute drive to AK, less time for the other Parks.
This is one of the reason why we always stay in Lake Buena Vista when visiting Disney.

If you go past DTD like you're heading towards Crossroads, but make a left rather than going into Crossroads...on your right a little ways up (not sure if there's a traffic light right there) is Palm Parkway. Turn right and follow the road. There's a bunch of stuff: Kobe Steakhouse, Hooters, some other places, and Sea Dog Brewing Company -- great food and good beer (try the mac and cheese -- it's amazing!)

The main tourist areas where you'll find restaurants are Lake Buena Vista which is closest to Disney,Hwy 192 is also close but stick to the area between 535 to the east and US 27 on the far west.International Drive has restaurants all over with the majority between the Sea World/convention center area to the north end of International Drive by the Orlando Premium outlets International Drive location.There will be a lot of restaurants opening up on International Drive just to the south of International Drive and Sand Lake rd with the Orlando Eye project being built.Popular with locals is also Restaurant Row which is Sand Lake rd but on the other side of I-4 from International Drive,a good selection of places there from fast casual to fine dining.
