Places to Eat For easter outside the parks

I'm going to be in Orlando for Star Wars Celebration on Easter Weekend. I'm not sure I want to do two days at the Parks (want a break and it's way too crowded), but want to do Easter Brunch or Dinner somewhere on property. From my brain, I haven't seen a ton of Ham/Lamb on menus at the Property. Where are some restaurants on property that would offer Ham/Lamb that is good that isn't in a Theme park? This can be Disney Springs or at the resorts. Would be okay with a Character Buffet with it. I think I can simply refuse the characters or just say Hi and keep eating.

Sometimes (always?) Boma has a pork/ham option at its meat station. And I think Sanaa has a lamb dish or two on their menu. But neither of those places are strictly traditional, old-fashion American food. It's possible The Wave might have a special Easter Brunch that has one of those on the menu.

I believe Raglan Road at Disney Springs has both lamb and ham on its menu, but I don't know that they will do any special entrees for easter.

1) THE BEST Easter Brunch I can recommend is at the Gaylord Palms Hotel (Villa de Flora dining room).
2) Just drive 1½-miles East from WDW on Buena Vista (only one traffic light once out of WDW).
3) The buffet food tables cover two full rooms, and is LONG, LONG, LONG.
4) Did I mention the buffet tables were long ?!?!?!

5) We usually attend their Christmas Day buffet with friends, which is almost the same as Easter.

NOTE: Make certain you call early for reservations, as this place fills up quickly due to their well-deserved reputation. (If you do a search on YouTube for Gaylord Palms Villa de Flora, you get a good idea of the size of the buffet, and this is just the normal Sunday Buffet - so, think how much larger for a holiday.)
