Places that don't accept ADR's?

Just wondering as I make my plans for our April trip...are there any restaurants that do not accept ADR's? I thought I read one post that said Beaches and Cream did not accept them. Anybody know? How about Trails End, can you make an ADR for there? I'd like to book a dinner there with time to make it to Chip and Dale's campfire after at 7:30. Has anybody done this? It sounds fun! Thanks for the help!

Beaches and Cream doesn't, ESPN doesn't.

Trail's End didn't use to but I believe they do now.

Planet Hollywood and RFC do but on a limited basis.

This may be the obvious - but there's always the QS places. Youcan eat pretty well QS in Epcot. Not so much in MK....
