Places for a 9 month old to "play"?

So for months I've been thinking my youngest will be content in stroller/baby carrier on our trip in 3 weeks. But, of course, in the last few weeks he's developed quite a personality and wants to be free to sit on his own and crawl/scoot around. Are there any activities in the park that have areas where he can get a sit/crawl fix that will keep him happy in between stroller/baby carrier rides that will likely dominate our trip?

Baby center. My dd crawled all around there and there were books she could read. And there were other kids. Last time we went she actually threw a fit when we left she was having so much fun!

I'm trying to imagine areas where my 10 month old would be happy if we were to go now:

The Animation Academy in DCA is a nice, cool interior place with carpet. He could crawl all around in there. You just need to watch for other people obviously.

Innoventions in Tomorrowland may have some quiet off the beaten path areas.

I also thought of Goofy's house in Toontown, but the energetic kiddos may run over him.

I could see how an adult that sees a clear path to cross the lobby at their eye level could easily step on a babies hand in the animation building. Even being hyper vigilant I won't think either Animation Academy or Innoventions are safe. Plus, the floors are really filthy. The Opera House lobby has less cross traffic because it only leads to Mr. Lincoln, but the less traffic areas down&'the really have anything interesting. Main St Cinema is low traffic, but again, people do walk in and out of there, so dirty floors. Baby center is a good suggestion. What about taking him back to the room so he can play with his own toys?

Thanks all. I know about the babycenter, but was hoping for a place where our whole group could go (extended family trip) and be occupied while baby plays. But we might just have to split for an hour or so a day.

We visited DL when my DD2 was about 9 months. She was crawling, rarely content in the stroller or front pack carrier on a regular day at home, and in general pretty "opinionated" about things and being confined anywhere. She was a totally different kid during our DL visit. So much to see and watch, she was much more willing to hang out in the stroller or in my carrier. We also did a lot of rides she could go on, and she loved those too. Personally, I really can't think of any place except the baby centers that I would have put her down to crawl around. Way too many people everywhere. And while I do give DL parks top ratings for cleanliness, I don't think there are any floors or park areas that are really sanitary for crawlers. I would say plan for some down time in your hotel to give him a chance to "be free", but you might be surprised how content he is even when in the stroller or carrier if you are able to go on some rides.

When my son was almost 9 months old we spent breaks in the area that I think is called Redwood Creek (Brother Bear). We packed some blankets, tossed down for him to hang/move about while the older played. He had room to safely move about as that isn't a hugely crowded area. Was perfect for breaks!
