Placeholder Cruise

Booked a placeholder cruise on board on May 14 I see the confirmation number in my Castaway Club section of future cruise but when I click on the number I get "{"errorcode":null,"error":null}" anyone else have this issue.

I am getting the same thing when I try to look at mine. Not sure what is going on.

I have it too, but assume it's because there's nothing more to see. There's no date, itinerary, ship, etc. once an actual cruise is booked, that'll all change.
