Ugh I'm so annoyed at myself. I've gained 8kg since last December and was determined to lose it before our trip. I lost nothing lol. So now I'm terrified that I'll gain heaps more while away. My problem is when sweet treats or fried food is in front of me on holidays I can't say no!
I intend to eat a simple healthyish brekkie (smoothie, cereal etc) most mornings if I can, healthy lunch if I can find it and then dinner and dessert most nights I expect. Throw some snacks in there too, I'm sure I'll have icecream, brownies and chocolate. I don't really drink alcohol so will only have a few throughout the trip. I generally drink lots of water throughout the day. I also expect we'll do a lot of walking.
So hit me, how much do you think I'll gain?! lol
And any tips for being careful without being too careful?!
