place to stay in Sept

Going to WDW late Sept. We have a family of 4 (DD4 & DS1). Grandma is going with us to help out. We want to stay at a nice place in Disney not a Value resort & probably not a Moderate resort. We want something closer to get back and forth to DW easily. Need something more than just 2 queen beds since Grandma is going, but really don't want to get two sep. rooms. or spend an arm & a leg on a suite. Any suggestions? Has anyone stayed in the Wilderness Cabins before? Do they have a pool or access to one? Can you do meal plans there?
