Place to have wig made from own hair

Does anyone know where a wig can be made from a person's own hair (for an adult). I know about the locsk of love foundation for children, but where can a cancer patient have her own hair made into a wig for herself? Anyplaces near the PA/NY/NJ area?

I seem to remember a place near the 69th street bus terminal (I'm not certain if it was on the Upper Darby or Philly side) that said it did someithing with own hair.

I used to drive down that area quite often, but haven't in over a year.

I know that the Echelon Mall has a wig store, but it is "pre made" wigs.
