on the dining plan? That site with the menus doesn't seem to list everything. For instance, according to the official Disney site, the Coral Reef has lobster. But, that mneu website doesn't list lobster in the entrees.

I want steak and lobster... in one sitting! Am I out of luck?

I believe that Narcoossee's is the only "for sure" resturant with a surf and turf. They also have a whole lobster as an entree.

This is a signature resturant, so it's 2 TS credits.

Surf and Turf at Yachtsman is incredible! Ours was a filet and lobster tail. YUM!

also has a surf and turf. My mom had it in Sept., and she said it was really good. In fact, she said the steak was one of the best she has ever had...anywhere! And, it was included on the dining plan. It was not on the regular menu, the waiter told us about it. And if you go to le Cellier, be sure to get the raspberry sorbet for dessert.....it is heavenly!

As stated Narcoosee's, Le Cellier and Yachtsman's all offer Surf and Turf, with Yachtsman being my favorite of the the three.

Did they let you have the lobster on the dining plan? I did ask the CM on the phone when I made my ADRs and she said that the only thing you could NOT get was lobster. Would love to know before we go, in case I want it!

me and my mom were on the free dining plan special that Disney was having for September. As soon as the waiter found out that we were on the dining plan he suggested the surf and turf. :sunny:

Le Cellier has "surf-n-turf" which is Filet Mignon and Lobster tail....I am not sure if you can get it on the dining plan or not....I did on my honeymoon, but that may have been a special occasion, they didn't offer it to anyone else.

We are going back in May, and if it's not offered, I will gladly pay for it...it was fabulous! :cheer2:

Had Surf and Turf on our visit in May.We did not have but table next to us did and it looked great. :goodvibes :wizard: :wave2:

I had (acutally our whole table of 9 people) suf n turf on the dining plan in October at Narcosees. It was VERY YUMMY!!!

My understanding is the surf and turf at Le Cellier has now changed to the filet with a 12.95 + tax add on tail, so that's no longer a dining plan covered option. There are several recent posts about it on the boards if you search.

The Yachtsman is another 2TS credit option.

The Surf and Turf was NOT available at Le Cellier in Mid October. The CM told us it has been a "daily special" and it was no longer available. I know many folks on the free Dining Plan in Aug and Sept enjoyed it, but it was gone in October.

Shula's often has surf and turf. Not sure if it's a menu item or a special. Sure has been good when we've had it!

I had the steak and lobster combo at the Yachtsman on the dining plan--excellent. I was glad that I split this with my daughter as the appetizer, main and too much was a huge amount of food.

We had the surf and turf at Narcossee's. It was amazing! Our whole experience there was great! If you are celebrating something special let them know! They had special menu's for us with our names on them and free champagne for our anniversary! The service was great, too!

I am guessing if you pay with the 2 TS credits you can get it as it's more $$ but not so with the 1TS, which is fine. Honestly I want to eat things that I can't make myself and I think lobster is totally overpriced anyway, though it IS my favorite thing to eat!

Hi, just curious where Narcossee's is?? Thanks!

Another vote for Le Cellier. Simply an incredible meal.

At one time (Oct. 2004), Brown Derby at Disney Studios had a surf and turf - maybe it was a chef's special for that day? I remember - I got surf & turf one evening at Brown Derby, and then the next evening we ate at Le Cellier and I had surf & turf again. I thought I would explode after that trip.

If it is a regular menu item, not "chef's special", "daily special", etc you can order it on the dining plan. It appears that the only places that currently have surf and turf on the actual menu are 2 credit dining locations. If it is offered as an add on (now at Le Cellier) you will have to pay extra for it.

I remember several trips in the 90's when lobster was specifically excluded from the Gold Key plan and boy was my brother sad - however they reinstituted allowing lobster soon afterwards and all was well in the world again.
