Our guest list included 10 people plus DF and myself, but I think we are going to have to face up to the fact that only 6 guests are going to make it meaning no Best Man or Bridesmaid due to money issues.

Made the last payment on our rings yesterday so should be taking delivery of them soon.

Still waiting to hear from Rosie at Disney Floral so no update on that yet.

I know it's a very personal thing, but for myself I'd be happy with just 6 guests, I used to love large groups, especially when I knew they were all there for me , but now I much prefer smaller groups of people, so I can spend plenty of time with everyone.

Not having a BM or GM would be a bit tough though.

Clare, that's a shame about your numbers dropping, we initially thought we'd have about 20 odd coming, and my bridesmaids halved in the end, and as you know there's 12 of us now.
I think it'll be nice not having to worry about a large group though, I'm already conscious about how much time people will went to spend together on the holiday, and how much they'll be happy to do their own thing etc.
There are many DISbrides who have just had the bride and groom, or perhaps just 1 or 2 guests there, and thir weddings have been just as beautifyl as those with massive groups

I'd have been very happy not to have any guests at all but I think that would have upset our parents.

i love your rings Claire- your ring is exactly what i would love to have- but everywhere i have seen something similar - they have been MEGA expensive so its made me sad and might just settle for a plain band... the diamonds match my ering band so thats why i like your ring so much... may i ask where you got them made and for how much? we dont have a big ring budget, although i suppose we should have, but we havent! pm me if you like?

Lovely Christine (auntpunkin) kindly designed me some monograms, they were all so nice I couldn't pick so I made DF pick and he went for this one...
