yes it is, you can just go to the planning journals thread and start a new thread and there you go, you have a planning journal!

yes pj=planning journal...and really i just never started one becuase I knew I would never have time for such a thing...nor would I ever keep up with it...so if you have the time I do like reading new ones@@@
