Depending on how our budget is looking, I might add the Epcot photoshoot to our MK one. Am I right in thinking it's only $300 if you also do MK? Epcot is DF's favourite park and I know he'd love taking photos in there too!

We finally booked Videography! We have Video Effects by Seth, we're really excited, he seems such a nice guy.

Hopefully we will be able to book flights end of this month/start of next month - then it might actually feel real! We'll also be paying the DFTW deposit next month, and signing our LOA - which I also can't wait for! My parents are paying for the WDW portion of our wedding, but we thought it would be easier for them to wait until we have to pay the final amount (as we have to book flights/hotel soon), and we'd cover the deposit. They also insisted on 'paying us back' by paying the rest of Misty's fee when it's due next summer, which is absolutely wonderful of them - I have the best parents My dad has booked vacation time off work for next summer which I was worried about as his workplace has strict policies on summer vacation times and there is always a mad dash to get July/August.

I'm not really sure what else to do at the moment - I think I'm rather chilled out about it all, BUT this is also the final year of my PhD so it's more important at the moment that I work on that and finish it! That's another great thing about a Disney wedding... the awesome consultants & planners take care of the details for you!

I think we'll be buying my dress before sometime Christmas. I do want to lose some more weight and I'm almost halfway to my goal weight. So far I've lost 18.5lbs, which is amazing as I never thought I'd have the willpower to do it. The dress is Victoriana by Maggie Sottero. Once I have the dress and I've booked our accommodation, I'll probably book Carolyn Allen for steaming. I'm not sure that my dress will need steaming due to the material (well, I guess it wouldn't hurt after a 9-hour plane journey!), but my bridesmaids' dresses will definitely need doing, and it would be lovely to get the suits and the mothers' dresses done too.

I might order the invitations next month and try and get them out around January time. I do have a newsletter that I've been working on at the weekends, based on Andreah's fab one, which I'll send out soon. Coming from the UK, everybody's asking now about flights and accommodations so they can start booking, so that has the details of everything.

Umm, I think that's it! Pretty boring update I'm afraid! I don't really know what else needs doing at the moment wedding-wise (except saving!)

Apologies, I'm a bit rubbish at updating this journal!

I don't really have anything new, other than we have ordered some samples from Cards and Pockets so we can make some sort of decision on invitations. Our flights become available with Virgin either tomorrow or Wednesday, so hopefully we can book them together with our families sometime in the next month. Friends and family are also hoping to book their hotel with the free dining deal available in the UK at the moment - I think it's a better deal than the discount on the hotel. Since we'll have APs, we'll be booking our hotel when we get our wedding discount.

We really do need to write a plan and a proper budget when we have the time, but it's so busy at the moment since I'm up to my eyeballs in my PhD and teaching since the new semester has started.

On the upside, I've now lost 20lbs (and hopefully counting!), and I'd like to lose at least 3lbs more before I go to order my dress with my Mum - that would take me down to the next stone 'bracket'.
