Does Pizzafari offer "outside" dining? I mean, it there an outdoor eating area and if so can you see the parade from it (if the parade passes near here).

I have been there a few times however I can't remember 100% if there was seating outside. If I had to make a guess I would say no there is not, however since I am guessing I could be wrong about that.

I honestly can't say whether or not you can see the parade from Pizzafari. There is definitely a few outside seats but not a whole lot.
